DELIVERY

• We aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days from Monday to Friday between 8am – 5pm, excluding Saturday and Sunday.
• Deliveries arrive by pallet on an 18 tonne tail lift HGV, and are to kerbside  only. Hazards or obstructions, e.g. sloped or gravel driveways, may result in the delivery being made to an alternative location.
• Please be aware the delivery is made by a third-party delivery company and the driver will not be able to assist in unloading the pallet or helping to bring the goods inside your property.
• Access restrictions, e.g. narrow roads, may also lead to a delay or failure in delivery. If your property has restricted access, please let us know in the comments box at the point of placing your order.
• Please ensure someone is in to receive your tile delivery.
• You are responsible for disposing of all packaging.
• Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge per pallet determined by the logistics company..
